Refund and Returns Policy

When will a refund be allowed:

  1. If you indicate to us that you wish to return the product within 24 hours of receiving the product
  2. If the product is still in its original condition (not damaged or used)

How to get a refund:

  1. You are responsible to use a parcel service similar to the service we used to return the product to us
  2. If the reason for the return is just your change of your decision to purchase the product, then you will need to carry the cost for returning the parcel to us. If the reason for the return is that the product is not the same as advertised on our website, then we will carry the cost of the return.
  3. Once we receive the product – we will process a refund payment within 7 days.
